Newton School — I'm complaining about a fraud done to me.

Back in October 2022, One of the advisors of Newton school called and introduced 2 courses to me. The First was prepaid and the other was postpaid. They told me I am not eligible for postpaid(pay after placement) but for Prepaid. For taking this course, according to them, I had to take a loan from Propelld Company. Advisor told me that Propelld will finance me and I have to pay the EMI for 3/4 years. I informed upfront that I don't have any Job and hence unable to pay the EMI. Advisor insisted and said, "No worries!!You find some nominal Job and meanwhile I will also help you in finding one so that you can pay the EMI". I said, " Mam! I don't have any Job right now and if I will take the loan Can it be cancelled in any condition that I remain Jobless?" She answered, " YES!! EASILY!!. I put my faith on what she said because I was desperately in need of a Job. I never took a loan in my whole life. So I didn't know any terms and conditions and process to do so. The advisor guided me to go to the website enter details and finally to tell her the OTP because she only did half of my application.
Just after 4-5 days of searching, I didn't get any Job. She didn't respond to the call. I texted her on Whatsapp for cancellation, to which she didn't reply. I have no idea what to do now and 9th December was the first EMI date that Propelld sent me a mail for (after many days). Then I sent a cancellation request to Propelld. For one month, Advisor was not responding to calls. Propelld was threatening me to pay the EMI. Their Agent Came to my home twice trying to threaten and collect the EMI. I told them I am not into the course why you are troubling me and my family? They said anyhow we will bring out the whole amount from you.
After one month Advisor called me and just said Sorry for being unavailable. Now for NOC from Newton School they are telling that I have to pay the charge which they never informed me. They are telling me to pay the charge for the course whose lectures I didn't attend. Not even one.
They are telling me to pay 45000 something. Sir If I am not able to pay EMIs of 5000 then How can I be able to pay this charge. Moreover Why should I pay if am not doing this course? Please help me get out of this. Only you can.
