On 8 April 2017 i purchased Baleno RS frm ur Authorised dealer Nexa Adityapur, Jamshedpur, from d vry first day i faced lots of problem regarding dis car like knocking problem, vehicle automatically stopped in the middle road, Engine light always blinking.Immediately i informed your sales executive Amrit Singh he taken my car for repairing on 11 April 2017 after two days he handover my car to me bt i dont wanted to receive defective car but that person convince me that further i'll not face any issue regarding car but nothing changed, till now i'm facing the same problem regarding my Baleno RS with these problems, there are lots of problem also i m facing regarding my new car which i want to share with u so for that i m adding some picture of it.Its tyre is also defective which i noticed after four month of purchasing.I replaced its 3 tyres.Its top roof automatically got bend dont know why.I dont understand till now why i purchased brand new car from showroom, if customers face this kind of problem in new car so its better to go for second hand car..I got fade up of making complains in customer care even in showroom but no employees care for it all are busy in arguement and showing little sympathy but no solutions.So i m complaining here just for the hope of any solution of my problems.
