I am Balakrishnan R serving at Indian Army, 5 Madras regiment, Arunachal Pradesh. I booked and got a delivery of brand new Maruti Suzuki Baleno car - Alpha 1.2 Petrol (TN73 P 1418) on 5th Jun'2017 at Khivraj NEXA, Chennai, Ambattur from CSD
My new car caught fire on 28th Jun'2017 at 11:00 PM inside parking area of our govt quarters within 20 days.

We had purchased vehicle 29.06.2017 from nexa showroom whoose engine no is : d13a3103929 & chasis no is : ma3fxeb1s00292437.

firstly we are not happy with the treatment given at the time of purchase, and now the service booklet which we had purchased is in torn condition.

request you to provide new service booklet
