I would like to register a complaint against Maruti NEXA regarding their unethical practices and failure to provide a refund for my booking. I booked a vehicle with Maruti NEXA in January and made an initial payment of INR **, ***. However, due to changed circumstances, I requested a cancellation of my booking.
Since then, I have been attempting to contact Maruti NEXA via phone and email to initiate the cancellation process and obtain a refund. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by the lack of support and communication from Maruti NEXA. Their failure to address my concerns and provide a resolution is completely unacceptable. I have decided to file a complaint with the consumer forum to seek a resolution and hold Maruti NEXA accountable for their actions.
I request the consumer forum's intervention in this matter and seek their assistance in obtaining a refund for my booking from Maruti NEXA.
