I booked the vehicle and was promised to get the delivery on saturday 20th october from nexa palace showroom. From the time of booking the sales executive was not providing any updates, it was me who use to follow up regularly. On 20th october also i spoke to the customer agent 4 times and also before going to showroom for the delivery of the car. When reached the showroom, then the customer service agents along with the quality manager called and informed that the car which was ready for the delivery has been damaged and is not ready for delivery.
My family was completely disappointed and saddened. My wife went unwell post this as the entire family was eagerly waiting for the delivery fo the car. This car was dream car as there was a wedding in the family and groom was supposed to go in this vehicle.
Sorry to inform but none of the agents, quality manager and the vp was not sorry about the incident and did not even try to convinve the cutomer and deliver the vehicle. Every one was asking on when should they transfer the money which was paid as booking fee. Its post 72 hours after this incident, but still the money is not transferred..
