Height of Insincerity and disgussion!!!
I have booked Baleno Zeta Petrol from OSL Motocorp Kolkata on 24th November, 2015. But from the day of booking I am facing new challenges every day. Initially I gave a booking amount of Rs. 11000/- on that very day and they promised to deliver my car by End of December. The excecutive who was handling my case Abhishek, he informed me on 22 nd dec, 2015 that I should keep my down payment ready as they are going to deliver my car by eom. I waited for long time and again they called me to inform that my car is in Transit and they will deliver by first week of Jan. And as usual they fail to deliver and this time the reason was height!!!... “ though they have booked my car on 24th Nov and it was in transit but when the lot arrived they found my car was not there!!! They flatly said Maruti Nexa is sending cars lot as per their production lot but not as per customers booking”…Crap….Till this point I was thinking may be they are facing challenges cause they are quiet new showroom.
But the actual story starts now. After 100 phone calls and visit they finally committed to deliver the vehicle on 1st Feb. So I paid the entire down payment and SBI (my banker) have also credited the residual amount to their account.
Booking Money : 11, 000/-
Down Payment : 1, 50, 000/-
Bank Transfer : 5, 65, 000/-
Amount Paid at the time of delivery : 15, 134/-
They finally told me that they will make the delivery with temporary registration on Wednesday 3rd Feb. They provided faulty invoice and claimed almost Rs.7000 extra.
1. On the delivery date 3rd Feb they took Rs 15134 (As increased Price+ Seat Cover+ Blah Blah) + 1000(For Choice No). I was so excited for my New car that I gave them full amount without verifying the whereabouts.
Founded later that Insurance amount they took from me was almost 2000 extra from actual Insurance amount. And eventually I found that I landed up paying quite good amount extra to their account. Now they are saying it will take time to return the excess paid amount. Why so? I am getting mad with their crap logics
2. 3rd Feb I went to take delivery of my car and they said they have produced the car for Temp registration to the Motor vehicle and Temp no, is yet to come. They send my car with A/F forcefully with their driver and told me that the reg person dint arrive but they will give me my Temp no by 4th Feb itself. I doubt…Is this legal? And today is 10th Feb and till today there is no call from their end neither they gave me Temp No. Today they said they need my car for Temp registration and it’s not done till date. I am surprised disgusted and pissed off. They are denying to refund me the excess paid amount also I am not ables to use my car as it has got no temp regn no even.
3. The car price was 7, 30, 134( This is also predicted amount by them not accurate as insurance cost and actual registration cost is varying with actual one and its less than prof. invoice quotee). I paid 7, 41, 134. I have all the receipts of payment with me. I need the New invoice with original amount and refund of excess paid money.
4. Delivered the car which had got no plastic packing and seemed to be an old stock. My point is the car manufacturing date was 2015 Jan as showed in car dashboard display and I got the delivery on Feb. Is it my fault? The price hike happened from 15th Jan for the New stocks of cars which is eventually getting manufactured in 2016. Dealer have booked my car in 2015 with ex showroom price of 6, 59, 413/- then why should I Pay extra amount increased for the old stock of car having manufacture year as 2015 Jan.
It is my straight forward complaint against OSL MOTOCORPPVT. LTD (Nexa), GM- Mr. A. Mukherjee and Mr. Abhishek (Excecutive). They are extremely unprofessional and worthless. Starting from Finance, Marketing to front office, in all respect they are hopeless and extremely casual about customers need and land up always giving false assurance to customer.
On the date of my cars delivery I saw 2 more customers who took delivery and they were equally disgusted. You can enquire the scenario taking their phone numbers.
Nexa is known to be maruti’s Premium segment car but alas!!! worst service ever by Maruti. My first car was Swift and I used it for 7 years but never expected such a bad so called’Premium:” service from Nexa.
These showrooms Like OSL Motocorp are faces of Maruti premium ranges for customers and they are in such bad shape. Shame Maruti,
Would request you to resolve my issues and Please cancel such dealerships who are literally ruining Marutis as well as Nexas name.
Hoping to get some action on aforesaid matter. Else I will be forced to take this matter to consumer forum.
