Nexa — manufacturing defect in balono car

Sir I have purchased Balono Alpha car in Aug 2017. I have found defect in two place of the car i.e low quality of iron used in car. I have complaint many time at Nexa Service Alwar Rajasthan Branch. But not resolved such matter. further I wish to inform that I have puzzled such matter and going to consumer court if such matter have not been resolved with in 15 days.
