Hi,
I have booked a Baleno Zeta - Petrol Variant (Graphite Grey) on Dec 14 2015 from the J. P Nagar branch of Nexa Showroom. My Order Number is SOB15001804 & Customer ID is [protected].
I was told that the tentative dates for delivery of the vehicle would be on 14-Mar 2016. Since then I have provided with all the documents which was asked of me and the booking amount was duly paid to Nexa.
I have attached the softcopy of the Booking Acknowledgement and the payment receipt which was sent to me after the booking.
Since the booking, I have not heard from the Nexa representatives and since it is just a week from the tentative date of delivery, I reached the Sales representative.
To my utter surprise and disappointment, I was told that there would be at least about 45 days delay in allotment, and I will get to know the delivery date only in the first week of April.
I was warned by a lot of my colleagues about Kalyani Motors and the shady ways they go about their business. I felt, those were just rumours and I went forth with the booking without paying any heed to their well-meaning advice.
At this point, I feel that the vehicle has indeed arrived but has been allotted to a different customer at a higher price.
I need Maruthi to investigate if the delivery is indeed delayed due 'unforeseen production delays' or is there an underhanded dealing on Kalyani Motor's part.
Waiting to get some clarity on the status.
