Nexa — misbehave and insurance renewal complaint with dealership | |||||
From past few days i have received many calls from Nexa Arena showroom Alipur Sohna road, Guru gram regarding insurance renewal. I told the representative that send some to collect the instrument on 24th June'18 as the last date of insurance lapse is 9th/10th July'18. "I received another call from the same dealership on 22nd or 23rd that my executive is near your office so can I send it to collect the instrument." What is going on? Post this i told the lady (Aarti) from the dealership that send someone around 11 am on 25th to collect the instrument but no one turned up. I called up the dealership and asked the name of General manager to discuss this matter but Ms. Aarti didn’t provided And banged the phoned. I registered the complaint with Maruti Nexa and complaint number is NX[protected] with Sneha and provided the landline number from which I received the call which is[protected] but there is no resolution and despite of that I received a call yesterday in late evening that kindly send a complaint via email. I am in shock and so much harassed mentally in just 24 hours that I can’t describe in words.. I am getting calls from dealership form different people but none provided solution.
