I had booked Ignis online through Nexa website on Jan 27th.
On Feb 6th I cancelled the booking again online. It has been more than 9 working days now and they have not yet refunded the amount of Rs 11, 000.
The booking ref # is SOB16002449
Even after sending multiple emails and calling customer care they are not responding properly. I have the booking cancellation confirmation screenshot with me.
