I am a maruti customer since 2004. I also persuded my brother to go for maruti swift. But to my utter surprise after booking baleno delta automatic by paying rs11000/- to the dealer the relationship manager sri saumya ranjan parida avoid to pickup my phone. At the time of booking sri parida and his senior sri dev senapati promised to delivery the vehicle before the durga puja. The amount duducted from my account on21 august but they did give any receipt to me. On 22 sep i visited the showroom but sri parida did not meet me but his senior sri senapati blantly refuse me that they cannot assure the exact time of delivery. His behaviour towards a loyal customer of maruti really upset me. They have indirectly forced me to cancel my booking. I get a very negative impression on the brand value of maruti because of these types of employees at sales centres.
