I'm ambreen choudhary.. I'm a working woman.. I'm your premium customer.. I got a nexa s. Cross zeta in october'2015.. I took my s cross car to peaks auto jammu an authorised service station of maruti suzuki for servicing on 13/6/2017. When i dropped my car for service, they took out my pen drive, the navigation card and handed over both to me to prevent from loss. When i took back my car after service, i forgot to ask them to insert back the navigation card in it and after few days, we were planning to go out of town and found that we might need navigation and tried to insert the card in it but it did not get in and i left it and due to my busy schedule i couldn't go to peaks. But on 09/09/2017, when i went to peaks auto service station gangyal, jammu and met mr ajay koul, i explained him the situation, he gave me the mobile number of mr. Raman who is a marketing dealer at gandhi nagar, there he took 2 to 3 hrs and after so much time, he finally told that he can't open the system as it is under warranty and it will be void if i open it and he advised me to go back to peaks service station gangyal. As advised, i went back to gangyal and they opened the infotainment system and put several scratches while opening it with a screw driver, they informed that i can collect it on 11/09/2017, i asked them to give me receiving of the infotainment system they have taken. Firstly they refused to give any receiving but later on forcing them they have given receiving on the back side of visiting card (So unprofessional). On 11/09, i called them whether my system is ready they apprised me that they have submitted the same to company for repairing and the same happens for next two three days. On 14/09, they called me and apprised me that your system will not be covered under warranty as u have done some paint work from another workshop jamkash vehicleades. I told them that was also an authorised service station of maruti suzuki, later they told me that u have come after two months of servicing of vehicle, we will not cover this under warranty.. They strictly refused to cover this under warranty even when it's under warranty and told me to take the infotainment system back but i didn't get it back and decided to inform the higher authorities about their bad dealing. I would like to add that i believe that they're just killing time so that warranty expires in october.. Please guide me what to do.. Hoping for immediate action and solution..
