My maruti baleno order no. Sob16001809 was booked on 17 october 2016 and we were assured that our car would be delivered to us by december last. We were in great need of this car in this new year.
The sales team at the auto pace network pvt ltd. (Nexa), industrial area, chandigarh assured us from the beginning of december that our car is on the 3rd no. And we will get it max. By end of december but that didnt happen and even the sales team there is irresponsible and rude.
You guys call your nexa showrooms a premium dealership but i dont see anything premium in customer service. Was this information helpful? |
