I purchased a Baleno top Variant from Nexa Vashi, Navi Mumbai in July 2022.8 months down the line the right side tyre has had multiple punctures. I spoke to the TSM NEXA Mr Karthik who ws extremely rude and arrogant.. With complete disregard to the customer.. Why shud I paying fr 1 substandard tyre... All 4 tyres are being driven on the same road ALL TYRES SHOULD HV BEEN AFFECTED NOT JUS 1. M not paying for sumones incompetence. Its a family car and the lives of my family depend on what ure estemeed company is providing.
