Nexa — Vehicle delivery delay and asking Bribe for delivery

Hi Team,

This is to bring to your notice that I have booked Grand Vitara - Sigma variant (White color) on 29th October 2022 at Fair deal, Nexa Akshardham Metro station, Mayur Vihar showroom, Delhi with a maximum waiting/delivery period of 28 weeks.
However, I have not received any communication from the showroom with regard to my delivery and when I have contacted the brand/showroom for the update I have been told that they wont be able to deliver the vehicle as the car is selling with premium hence if I need the vehicle then I have to buy accessories from the showroom costing up to 1 lakh or I have to wait for next 2-3 months.
This is purely unethical and a case of Bribery by the showroom representatives.
Even after waiting for almost 6 months I am not getting any response from the showroom and concerned authorities, even with a threat that they wont deliver the vehicle - (do what you can do! )

Kindly look into this and take appropriate action.

Also please guide where I can file a case of cheating and harassments on the Showroom representatives.
I am not going to give a single penny of Bribe or additional cost.
