I have purchased s cross (Ts07et5288) zeta bsiv on 31/10/2015 from varun nexa banjarahills branch and that was driven only 41000 km unfortunately, the car has not been satisfactory because my vehicle engine was over heated and excessive smoke came. Same problem repeatedly fourth time within 6 months. Whenever i am giving to service they taking 20 to 30 days for rectifying problem one more problem service center they changed my stepney tier worst service representative are not picking up my phone, not even does a single reply center from bowenpally d. Within a 3 months i faced that the informative system provided by nexa co. I don`t want my car to be repair. I want you to give my money back or a new car. Please solve this matter as soon as possible.
