As per this article, we (MH12 QM5876) told the toll person that it is a MH 12 vehicle, and he waved at us to pass through, but later we got alert on fastag that toll was deducted from our card both ways ( 95+95) on Jan 29, 2021 evening and return on 31 Jan 2021 evening. This happened inspite of we stopping and alerting the toll checkpost and he keying it something in the system. This is not acceptable. In the name of fastag we cannot be cheated like this. Infact to encourage fastag, maha govt has been giving discounts at valid toll posts and here we are paying full at tollposts where we do not have legally not pay the toll. Look forward to hear from you
