I ordered the vegetable cutter from nicer dicer plus few days ago and i just got delivery. I see that there are a lot of scratches on the contianer and lid. I need this to be replaced. Some of the parts are either broken or dont look new expected. This is highly unsatisfactory. I am unable to contact them either. Kindly help me with getting this replaced.
