Respected Sir,
I've paid the fees of Rs 3100 for O level exam july 2022 on 4th July 2022 around 6.30pm. The amount had been deducted from my account and on my dashboard of nielit site it's showing "pay the fees". I've contacted the upi customer service and they said that the amount has been transferred to the nielit account and contact the merchant. I've already sent a complaint earlier today.
It's been 17hrs since the payment of fees and there's been no change in the dashboard, I've paid the fees again as today is the last date. I'm sending you the receipts of the transactions below. Hope you resolve the matter ASAP.
