NIIT — About Certificate

I have done Hardware and networking course (N+)of 6 months at Niit, silchar bat 2011 but at certificate its mentioned only 48 hours course. So when ever I apply for any kind of job i got rejected just because its really tough to explain them that its a six months course. can a Get another certificate mentioned six months..
