NIIT — more than 3 month but not yet received the book

i tooked admission in NIIT thinking that its the best institute but just proved me wrong I tooked admission in TALLY ERP 9 level 1 course of rs 11000 in mazgaon branch 3 months ago and the course is of 5 month but not yet received the book the centre head is just telling give me 1 week tym and just counting me days and say books comes from delhi so it takes time come on dude 3 months from delhi plzzzzz help and plz talk to the centre head of mazgaon branch sir ashok shinde and solve our problem waiting so that NIIT head department would help after listening our complaint
