NIIT — Refund of payment

My name is Abhishek Ganpat Shinde and i am selected for pgdsrb in August and i paid first installment of rupees 11, 800 but later, before joining the classes because of the some financial problems i am decided not to join cource and asked for refund of payment and they said they will refund the money in one month, but after a one and a half month they still not refunded my money.
