NIIT — Request for Refund of Registration Fees

I've enrolled myself for Data Science Program, at NIIT online on May 02, 2023.Due to some reason my loan was not approved by their loan partners.

My counselor name ayush singhvi said that mail to [protected]@niit.com for the refund they will process the refund,
In few days I requested for the refund and mailed them the same.My application Id APP[protected].

I've not received any revert from their side. Please Help me..
