Niit Student — Harassment for issuance of Certificate

I have completed Court from NIIT Yamuna Vihar Delhi Four months ago. Till date they are not issuing me completion certificate. I have visited there more than 10 times with request to issue certificate. But they are Harassing me and not issuing me certificate.
