I am vipul Panchal from NIIT, peera garhi centre . i want to change my niit centre from peera garhi to canaught palace centre . the peera garhi centre head is saying that the centre change is possible only if i give in underwriting that my subsidy or discount is cancelled than the transfer is possible otherwise not. Please rply me ASAP . Vipul panchal
