I made a bill payment on 1st february 2020 of adani electricity of amount 790 which after applying the promo code was rs 742. Txn id (C2002010038394587725322) order id ([protected]). But in my orders section why i am not able to see the invoice of that payment and why there is no confirmation for that payment given. And even after raising issue for the same 1 day ago no accurate solution was provided and not even any consent for this issue was mentioned the person assisting me just provided wrong and dissatisfying solution for another transaction which was succesfull so now plz do the needful orelse i will have to escalatetge matter to the higher hierarchy
