On 29th april, i recharged my jio number using the niki app and made a transaction of 1020.40 using paypal payment mode. The recharge order on the app is showing successful but balance is not reflecting on my jio number ([protected]).
It was a top-up plan of rs. 1000. Its been 3 days since i made the transaction but till now not received the recharge.
I am attaching the order e-mail which i received. Kindly process the recharge or refund my money.
