I have deposited my nikon coolpix s3100 ai your siliguri service centre on 01/08/14 vide IVR/SLR-001872 owing to LENS ERROR problem.service engineer given an estimate of Rs-3900.00, on my refusal they charged Rs 225 .00 for inspection.On my query they stated it requires complete change although camera itself worth Rs-5000/-.Accordingly, I went to local technician where the problem got solved for only Rs-500/ -.
