This is regarding service order No: SO-SO-0103361. I am using Nikon DSLR for more than a decade.
I have submitted my D850 for replacement of a broken display panel at service center in Andheri, Mumbai. They have also sold me a AMC plan say that it would cost less. But the actual problem was not addressed after more than a month. I had to take my camera back. Nikon India head office, service escalation inbox, no one is responding.
This is worst experience so far and not at all expected from company like Nikon. I also notify Nikon Corporation HQ in Japan. They have given quotation for replacement of the display panel, I accepted but they are simple not procuring the same from HQ.
Need a solution ASAP.
