Nikon — poor service

sir/madam, this is to bring into your notice that i have been humiliated by the service provider in shimla (arishiya enterprises) regarding the dealing hand of my nikon P520 Camera.I was not attended properly, in fact was discouraged for the complaint board approach.I seriously want you people to know about the severity of grievance and the way these franchise people harass the customers which no otherless will dis hamper your reputed respected expectations of product value across the globe.This particular message is to let you people know the shortcomings in the systemic way of dealing the customer support which should not make the buyer feel unsatisfied for his money's worth.
