I took bus in btm to go to marenahalli suddenly bus got accident near jaya deva flyover around 9pm today[protected]. Every one were getting down. I asked for the exchange to the driver he told me something in kannada i didn't understood so i asked him again and he abused me and scolded me. I asked him in a polite manner. He used bad words about my mom. Even that conductor didn't replied me properly. He throwed my ticket
