Nilgiris Store Banashankari — rude behaviour of security person

Hello team,

I had been to this nilgiris store once to purchase grocery. Ladies staff confused me and made me to purchase easy day club card by giving false information.

Since i have purchased the card i thought of purchasing most of the items that i require in this store itself. I am seriously fed-up with the horrible behaviour of the security person standing at the door. He thinks he owns nilgiris store and behaves like mad buffalo and dog.

This has happened with many people who have been visiting the store on regular basis. I am posting this on their behalf. Once i had to loose mobile phone, lunch box bag and many items because of his negligence. He shouts at old people who are senior citizens and treat them like robbers.

He doesn't stand at the door and take care of our belongings. Rather comes inside store along with the staff to chit chat with ladies staff. Secondly, he keeps passing comments during purchasing and irritates us so much. So that we feel like getting out from the store without purchasing.

His behaviour has made me and nearby customers not to visit the store. Since we have already purchased the card it would be wasted if i go for other shops for purchase. Please help me.
