Nims University Jaipur — Refund not received

I applied to this university called the NIMS university of jaipur. the counsellors from the university constantly called for blocking and reserving the seat in the university and once it was done they hardly responded to any other queries, because of certain reasons i had to cancel my admission and since july something I have been contacting them to give my refund that is 5000 for the reservation back, but they are not providing any plausible response to any of my calls and texts, all they have asked me to do is write a mail on the email id anirudh.[protected]@nimsuniversity.org from which i have not received a single reply please help me get my money back. the phone number from where i contacted them was [protected]. its been almost 4 months now. please help me.
