Received confirmation of the order on 06.12.2019 from Ninth Avenue (e-mail:[protected]@ninthavenue.com.
However, no details were shared by them. Therefore, I wrote an e-mail dated 19.01.2020 in response to which they replied vide email dated 20.01.2020 that you will receive the product by first week of February, 2020 (e-mail:[protected]@headrush.zohodesk.com).
Again, I sent an e-mail dated 18.02.2020 regarding the product in respone to which they replied on 20.02.2020 that "Your query has been forwarded to our concerned team" . Again I didnot receive the product. So an e-mail dated 14.05.2020 regarding the product in respone to which they replied on 14.05.2020 that "Your query has been forwarded to our concerned team". After that i sent several emails dated 22.07.2020, 6.01.2021 but the product is still not received to me.
Please take serious action this FRAUD company looting hard earned money of people.
