I have booked a service in nippon paint on july 2nd 2023 with booking advance of 1000rs. The executive person said their will be no additional charges if I am a existing customer in bajaj finance. But after 2 or 3 days he is saying to pay 2 months of emi amt in advance . No information is convey to me by the executive and no follow up in service till now. Once I raise a compliant in customer care he calls me. Later he asked sorry for the thing happened. So I paid that 2 months emi amt of 10500 in advance. He said 10th july their will be home inspection for the service need to done . But till now (12th july)he didnt call me and follow up by nippon paint team.
