I am from chennai, as your nippon paint people posted add in your community app.. opted for it and your people (ameen sales person/Surrender manager) visited my location Perumbakkam Malles aashira.. and saw the house and quoted the money and agreed as they promised that they will clear all the background pencil marks and give the house as new.
as per the given date they missed and came after two days that too after tons of calls they sent some painter and he came and repainted the site and after looking in to next day all the background marks and few other areas also missed and it is a disaster.. it took them one week to visit site by PO Vijay with tons of calls he agree the paint is not good i requested him that the house occupying in 5 days please clear the issues and again same story they not responded to my calls and finally agreed they will do before the day of occupying and now they are saying we already completed the work before 2weeks we will think with our team and plan for paint correction.. the sales advisor, painter, all to a team and arguing with me at the last minute..to be frank i got into a lot of arguments, phone calls and mental tension.. please do the needful
