Dear Sir/ Madam,
As we planned for painting during the month of February 2022, we contacted Nippon Paints and an agent named Mr. Sabari was been referred. We explained Mr. Sabari to paint both interior and exterior for our unit. He accepted and responded well about everything initially.
Kindly address the following listed issue
1. Exterior painting was completed by NTPS Team (exterior unit and terrace) but warranty card was not provided. Note: NTPS Team referred by Mr. Sabari. Paid total amount Rs.80, 000
2. We cancelled with Interior painting as it was going beyond our time frame of 3 weeks. It was made clear to him that my availability won't be there beyond those days. He accepted for it and gave word that it could be completed and got the advance of Rs. 20, 000. Interior was not done, hence we cancelled and so far the amount is not returned till date.
When he was contacted to repay with the advance since the painting was not done for interior he says he is currently not in job and furthermore not picking up with calls. He blamed me for the lost job since interior painting got cancelled. This is not true and unethical but he is still working for Nippon paints. It's been 6 months, till now neither warranty card nor the amount of
Rs. 20, 000 is refunded.
For Exterior painting, Payment was made in cash for Rs. 80, 000 and when receipt was asked it was not been provided and Mr. Sathya (NTPS Team - Ph: [protected]) told that Nippon Quote (Pdf) (through wats app) is sufficient enough as proof of payment.
