Hi I got my entire house painted by your company. But it was one of the poorest quality of paint ever seen. I had my earlier house done by Asian paints, it is 11 years still today looks as brand as new. Because they came assessed and advised and did properly in quality with all precautions and covering. I assigned entire house to your team, but it was one of the poorest experience in terms of painting and very bad.
Here also for this house I had almost finalized Asian paints, but at the last minute went to Nippon after talking to your people per promise given. I was assigned a team from your company. But the people who came were of very very poor both in terms of knowledge, ability to paint and even the understanding of painting. all poor team with no background (looks like) came and just started work without seeing house in detail to see the condition to paint or not. they just sent poor team of people, without any prior preparations, just started painting with no cover anywhere in house. spoiling entire house. I visited as supervisor every day, instead your team. The painting team were very poor with no proper experience, I have to tell them to do by identifying places to do twice. It was very bad and is not even a an year it looking like old house.
Before painting house, your team were to advice can this be done or not, by identifying weak area, wet area etc.. But they did without any of these. now due to weak and wet spots, there are many areas need a small repair and need to do entire house painting. All because of your company and bad team of painters. I paid 2.5Lakhs to do this. Also grills and gates painting is third class like road side people painting. Looks like Now I have to spend almost half of this again to do painting.
I want you to get my house paining free of cost due to bad execution, rework and spoiled in a year. It was done in 2022 April.
I dont recommend any one to Nippon I recommend Asian paint. first experience and is very very bad and worst bot quality and team with no expertise and knowledge.
Get this redone at your cost. You give advertisement like no one can match your quality, expertise, life, quality etc.., but reality is all are bad and no match to Asian paints. Please get me painted my house for your mistake, poor quality paint.
Very much disappointed with your company, team and quality of paint done.
