I had placed an order for 2 salwar suits amounting of Rs 9198 in the month of April 2022 from Instagram account named "Nirbani" and though the payment was made in advanced but i haven't received my orders till today as it was supposed to be delivered by end of May 2022. After constant follow ups via calls n texts and being patient from my sides, they have been extremely unprofessional and till today neither did they have delivered my purchased items nor refunded my money. Therefore, hereby Iam placing a complaint against "Nirbani" for duping me.
