My brother had applied to MBA Course and paid the admission fees in two installments as specified by them once in March and next in April. Later he got his admission cancelled in Nirma as he got a better opportunity. Nirma University sent me a cheque drawn on The Kalupur Commercial Cooperative Bank Ltd. I presented the cheque twice and it got rejected on both occasions. I contacted the college and they informed that I have to contact my bank. I now contacted a branch of the cooperative bank in Gujarat and they informed that I have to sent the cheque to Gujarat to get it cleared. The process took more than a month to get my money. The college never informed regarding this condition. They ask us to make online payment and while refund we have to face such harassment. Who is to be blamed for such harassment and loss of interest?
