[Resolved] Nirmiti Hotels, Clubs & Resorts — Membership cancellation | |||||
I have taken membership from Nirmiti group on 31st October 2016. After 2 days, we want to cancel the membership as we will move to abroad and we will be not able to utilize that. We requested for cancellation through phone call. They asked me to call to main branch customer care. They asked me to drop an email. From that day, we are sending emails continuously and making phone calls. But they are not responding to emails and they won't lift our calls.even if by chance they lift, they will reply the same as they will check and get back to us. But I am not getting that when will they get back to us.The person who explained to us on that day we took membership is also not responding to our phone calls. Before cancellation, she was responding very nicely. They replied me that it will take maximum 60 days to refund our money.But the doubt we have to get is they don't have our account details.How will they refund our money?And I heard that there will be cancellation charges.But in our legal document, There are no such conditions mentioned. Such an irritating process this is. I am feeling like I have done a big mistake by trusting this group and joining in this group. Please refund our money. These people are not trust worthy.
