Dear officials,

Greetings of the day!
This is with reference to fraud done to us by Nirmiti resorts and clubs.
We have gone to Goa on holiday, where Nirmiti resorts and clubs representative caught us and asked us to scratch a card. We have been told that u are lucky winner and asked if we have credit cards with us. Afterwards they make us seated for 3 hrs and shown us fake dreams to Join their membership. They have done such a brainwash that we have been fooled up to join them. We paid Rs. 69000 through credit card on 4th Nov 2018 . After joining, 2 days later we have seen Google reviews and asked them to refund. But they denied and assured us that they will keep their commitment and all promises made during joining the membership. We have been told that our membership will b activated with DAE registration within 45 days. We waited till 7 months. But no response from them. Firstly their customer care number doesnt get responded always. Once in a while when they respond, they give a fixed answer that it will happen soon. Finally we asked for refund and they stopped responding at all. Finally we understood that we have been caught in a fraud and feeling really helpless. Requesting your help to get our money refunded. Looking forward for your kind help.
