Nitesh Estates — Nitesh Virgin Island Project in Bangalore

Nitesh Estates approached me with their marketing pitch for the Nitesh Virgin Island project which is a apartment development in Bangalore.

At that time (Nov 2014), the project was in a planning stage, and work had not been started on the construction of the buildings/project. After going through the pricing and other details, I booked an apartment with their sales person (Ganesh Urs) and paid the booking amount (3L).

I was promised that the project would be completed in 3 years. However its been 2 .5 years since I booked and work has not even started on the project. After visiting the Nitesh office and contacting them on the phone, I have only been promised a refund but nothing has come through till now. The project has also not started.

In view of the unprecedented delay and misinformation to be as a consumer, I want to get a full refund of my money.

This is really shameful for a public listed company like Nitesh Estates who are behaving in the most unprofessional manner.
