Respected Sir/Madam,
quested deactivation/cessation of my agent code with Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited.
However, my agent code is still showing as active/associated with my PAN in the IRDAI records. Due to this active agency code, I am unable to complete my joining formalities with another insurance broker company, and my joining has been kept on hold.
I have already requested Niva Bupa to deactivate/close my agent code and update the relevant records. However, the process is still pending.
I therefore request IRDAI to kindly look into this matter and direct Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited to complete the cessation/deactivation of my Agent Code NOC5255479 and update/remove the associated PAN linkage from the applicable IRDAI insurance agent records at the earliest.
This matter is urgent as my new employment/joining is being affected and I am suffering a financial loss of approximately ₹1, 500 per day due to the delay.
Kindly provide me with a complaint/token number and ensure that the status is updated after the required action is completed.
