NMC — street dogs affected by rabies. immediate medication needed

The colony i live has many street dogs. They are a little violent and run after every vehicle causing a lot of accidents
But now we suspect that 2 or more dogs are affected by rabies and we require nmc to provide medical help to the dogs immediately as it can be life threatening for members also the dogs must be in pathetic condition as their fur has shed and temperature drops below 5 every night.
