No Broker — Communication and information provided

I had opted for free plan which is for tenant i wanted to rent my house. I had clearly explained the details to the analyst. The analyst should the issue and spoke about other plan. Where i told him that relax plan will be and as i had already made the payment we confirmed it can changed and differential amount can be paid to get the plan activated. Again i called to check i was told they are working on that. Today when i call they tell it is not possible and i have to wait for the refund and not when and how this will be done. The first call waited for 20min no response and again had to call back.

This is very bad customer service. I need a solution or proper response
