No Broker — Property Management Service

I asked no-broker to help me renting my Pune property and also manage it post renting in Dec-21.
However the property management service experience was very bad on all aspects e.g. no timely response, not resolving property maintenance issue etc.
So i refused to sign Property management service agreement and asked to return 50 % of deposit(which tenant had paid to their account) they hold.
Madhu Nirjsan who was my property manager on 20th Jan called me and said they will deduct some amount (around 5.5k) and deposit the remaining amount. Though till today no money deposited to my account or any communication in that regard.

I have tried several times to call/email Madhu or Vinayak Uddi (my relationship manager) but there is no response from anyone.

Can you please help resolve this?
