I bought plan for 3499 relax plan. But It took 2 days to assign relation ship manager. After frequent calling I got number of relationship manager. his name was Suman Dey. The relation ship manager does not picks the phone.
once he shared some properties those were 25 kms away.

I had called around 20 representatives, explained each one my problem everyone but once you disconnect the call no action will be taken.
