I bought an apartment and wanted to paint before moving in, Contacted no broker, the supervisor came from their side for inspection at least 6 times and finally gave the quote, I told them to do a good job, the house was painted already in premium emulsion, no broker promises are wall health check up, warranty/ guarantee for 1 year against bubbles and cracks and many more, so I was rest addured and went ahead with their services....

We booked no broker movers and packers service for our relocation to electronic city. No Broker people said they will charge me extra amount to provide premium services like professionals and safety of fragile items.

Little did i know that just want to mint money by taking bookings from people and dumping all my stuff ruthlessly everwhere in the apartment.

On 23rd sept an unauthorised transaction happened through my credit card. Firstly, I received a call by stating that person is from bank and shared a link to just put my name a DOB after that I received few SMS that contained OTP from NoBroker and bank as well. I suspected that and when I asked they said it is our third party portal.
