I booked a flat for rent on Thursday (7th March) at Sumadhura Anandam (C block, 214) and paid a token amount of Rs.10, 000 via NoBroker app. The link was provided by NoBroker RM, Sumukha after confirming me that the owner has agreed to the terms. However, when I spoke with the owner (Santosh), he said he never agreed to the terms of rent with NoBroker and he isn't willing to proceed. I have raised this issue with NoBroker on the same day, but i haven't received even a single callback even after raising this via different channels (email, customer care, relationship manager, etc.). PS: I'm also a "premium" member as i have purchased their Relax plan. Post this incident, my relax plan has also suddenly expired within 5 days of purchasing it! Original validity of the plan was 45 days. Reposting this as it has been more than 2 weeks since the incident and I still haven't received a resolution or any update whatsoever from NoBroker on this complaint. I have been following up on call/email/social media but still no response from NoBroker. Attaching email chain where with no response from NoBroker.
